The kit detects ​Pregnancy-associated Glycoproteins (PAGs)​​ in bovine serum, plasma, or whole blood. PAGs are placental biomarkers that rise significantly during early pregnancy, enabling accurate pregnancy diagnosis.

Compatible samples include:

• ​Whole Blood: Collect in anticoagulant-treated tubes (e.g., EDTA, heparin). For storage, mix with erythrocyte preservation solution (e.g., Alsever’s solution) at a 1:2–4 ratio and keep at 4°C for 1–3 months.
